The West Chester Rotary Club’s Chili Cook-Off event is celebrating it’s 21^st year and looking forward to having the best year yet! On October 8, 2023, the streets of West Chester will be filled with incredible energy from the festivities planned! We need YOU to be part of the success.

Our vendor area includes individuals and businesses who sell creative crafts, artwork, custom jewelry, clothing, food & beverages (non-alcoholic), services and so much more! All done right from their table for a low cost. All funds raised from the event will impact SO many – by providing food, clothes, and shelter for those in the West Chester community.

Your vendor fee includes a 10×10 booth space, unless you’ve paid for a larger space. This means that you may not “creep” into space next to, in front of, or behind your designated 10×10 space. If you require additional room, please choose the 10×20 space option.

Vendors are responsible for providing the tent, tables and chairs: A tent is required by the Health Department for all food vendors. If you would like to rent a Rotary Tent Package which includes: (1) tent (2) tables and (2) chairs, you must apply on the attached vendor application and include payment with your vendor registration fee.

There are no refunds once your form is completed.
