Kids Zone

What about the small kids? Well, they get their own special zone. Inflatable slides, rides, face painting, games, prizes and more await them in an environment that is safe, friendly and affordable. There are several food vendors at the event as well so if your child isn’t a fan of chili you are sure to find something to delight the pickiest of eaters.

While the meat and beans of the event is chili, this street festival offers a little something for the whole family to enjoy. Let’s start with the kids. No, not the little tikes but we are talking about the big kids. In addition to all-the-chili- you-can-eat there are several restaurants and bars that you can pop into along the way and grab a brew or your favorite cocktail. We have over 40 vendors who sell everything from furniture, chocolate covered bacon, jewelry, craft items, cars and even bath tubs. At our main stage we always have rockin’ music and for those who love the chance to win something we have our 50/50 raffle.

We will have a special place for the kids again this year located in Front of St. Agnes Church on East Gay Street.  Like last year, we will feature kids bounces, slides and other fun games.

It is $10 per child for unlimited fun. Accompanying adults are free.
